Yes, and that is the premise of the app rather than a bonus. Your songs, your chords, your setlists and your annotations live on your own device in Revigo, not in a cloud the app has to reach for them. Once a song has been saved, it opens with no connection at all: in a church hall with thick walls, in a side room where nobody knows the wifi password, or with your phone in aeroplane mode.
Two things do need internet. Searching online for chords, because those come from an external site, and fetching or pushing team setlists. If the connection drops while you do either, only that stops: the app carries on with everything already there. You notice it when you want to bring something new in, not when you are standing up to play.
No. One Revigo Team subscription covers the whole band however large it is. It is not a price per person. Whoever runs the team pays € 19,99 a month. In practice that is usually the leader, the music coordinator or the church.
Your band members get a link or a code from you. They tap it, type their name and play along. No account, no email address, no payment, then or later. For them Revigo is the same free app anyone can download. The only difference is that the setlists you prepare turn up on their device on their own. Songs you typed in yourself travel in full. For songs from a bundle such as Opwekking they need that bundle too. If the subscription stops, everything already with them stays.
That is almost always because the app no longer recognises you, not because the team is gone. A team is attached to an email address, and after a reinstall or on a new device Revigo does not yet know who you are.
Sign in again with the same email address via Settings → Revigo Team → I already have a team. You get a six-digit code by email, and your team setlists are back. Do use the same address as the first time: a second address creates a second, empty team instead of recovering the old one. If it will not work, send us an email with the address you used and we will look it up.
Yes, the volumes you have bought yourself. Revigo does not sell songs and does not ship any: it is an empty songbook that you fill. In the app you sign in with your Opwekking account, and Revigo fetches whatever that account holds.
What you have not bought does not appear. That is deliberate, because the rights sit with the publisher and not with us. Revigo is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Stichting Opwekking. Alongside Opwekking the app works just as well with songs you type in yourself, with chords you import from online, and with sheet music you add as a PDF. This guide walks the whole route, with the steps.
iPhone and iPad, and Android phones and tablets. Both versions have the same features: there is no side where you can do less, so a band with iPhones and Androids mixed together has nothing to arrange.
Your songbook and your setlists live per device, because they are stored on the device itself. If you get a new phone you move them across with a backup or a .revigo file. If you have a team, team setlists follow automatically as soon as you sign in with the same email address. There is no version for PC or Mac: Revigo is built for the device you prop up in front of you.
Yes. If you have a song as a PDF, say a written-out arrangement, a choir part or a scan from a book, you add it the way you add a song with chords. You read it in the app, put it in a setlist and annotate it.
A PDF does stay a PDF, though. Transposing does not work on one, because the notes are fixed as an image rather than as chords Revigo can shift, and automatic scrolling to the BPM does not work for the same reason. Everything that only needs the PDF to be a page does work: paging through during the service, annotations belonging to this setlist, and opening it with no connection.
Yes, per song. You shift a song up or down until it sits in a key that suits your voice or your band, and Revigo moves every chord with it. The transposition belongs to the song as you use it and changes nothing about the original.
The sounding key stays visible while you do it, capo included. That is the part that saves the most in practice: a guitarist who puts a capo on the second fret and plays E shapes is sounding in F♯, and the keyboard player next to them needs to know it is F♯. Revigo shows both, so nobody is doing arithmetic as the service starts. You can also have the chords displayed for keys rather than for guitar.
Nothing. Everything on your device stays: your songbooks, the songs you added yourself, your setlists, your annotations and your transpositions. They were never part of the subscription, and they are not in a cloud we could switch off.
Only the team goes read-only. Team setlists already shared stay with everyone and stay openable. You cannot prepare new ones and changes no longer travel to your band members. Sharing still works as a .revigo file or over Bluetooth, exactly as it does without a team. Subscribe again later and the team carries on where it left off.
