Worth knowing

Can I pay in the app instead?

Yes, and for most people that is the shorter route. Open Revigo, go to Settings → Revigo Team and tap Subscribe. That purchase runs through the App Store or Google Play. It is charged to the payment method already attached to your account there. Every new team starts with 14 days free.

Paying on this site is mainly useful for what the stores cannot do. Paying by iDEAL or direct debit, for instance, or getting an invoice by email for a church’s bookkeeping, or paying for somebody else’s band. Which route you take makes no difference to the subscription itself. The price is the same and the team notices nothing. Only cancelling happens wherever you started.

How do I cancel?

Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed. We cannot work around that, because a purchase made in the app is a purchase from Apple or Google.

Subscribed on this site? Every invoice email contains a link to your subscription, where you can change your payment method or stop it. Bought in the app? Cancel in your App Store account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). Either way the subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your team becomes read-only. Nothing disappears.

What happens if I stop?

You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your team becomes read-only. Team setlists stay with everyone and stay openable, but you cannot prepare new ones and changes no longer travel.

Everything on your own device stays: your songbooks, your own songs, your annotations and your ordinary setlists. They were never part of the subscription, so there is nothing to retrieve or export. Sharing with your band still works the way it does without a team, as a .revigo file or over Bluetooth to a device next to you. Subscribe again later and the team picks up where it left off.
