Terms of use

The agreement between you and Revigo, in plain language.

What Revigo is

Revigo is an app for managing songbooks, songs and setlists and using them during a service or rehearsal. You may use it personally and within your church, choir or band.

Rights to songs

Revigo does not supply song licences. The app is a tool for displaying material you are already allowed to use.

You are responsible for making sure your church or group holds the necessary licences, such as a CCLI licence, for the songs you add, share or project. Sharing material with a team confirms that you are permitted to.

Your own material

What you add stays yours. We claim no ownership of your songs, setlists or annotations. For team setlists you only give us permission to store them and show them to the members of your team.

Subscriptions

A team subscription costs € 19,99 per month for the whole team and renews monthly until you cancel. Every new team starts with 14 days free.

In-app purchases run through the App Store or Google Play, and you cancel there. You keep access until the end of the paid period. After that the team becomes read-only. You lose nothing already on your device.

If you subscribe on revigoapp.eu, we are the seller and payment runs through Stripe. You get an invoice by email every month, and you manage and end the subscription through the link in that email. There too you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Purchases through the App Store are additionally subject to Apple’s standard terms.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy on this site as a consumer, you have fourteen days to withdraw. Because a subscription starts immediately, checkout asks for your explicit consent to begin at once, which waives that right once the service has been supplied.

Want to withdraw within fourteen days anyway? Email revigo@tbraak.nl. Every new team also starts with 14 days free, so you can try Revigo Team before paying anything.

What we do not allow

  • Using the app or our servers in a way that hinders others or overloads the service.
  • Sharing material you hold no rights to.
  • Attempting to reach data belonging to teams you are not part of.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it. The app is deliberately usable offline precisely so that a fault on our side does not get in the way of your Sunday.

Liability

Revigo is provided as it is. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms. The date at the top shows when that last happened. Dutch law applies to these terms.
