Questions about the price

Do my band members have to pay too?

No. Revigo Team is one subscription for the whole band, not a price per person. Usually the leader, the music coordinator or the church takes it out. They pay € 19,99 a month, and that covers the entire team however large it is.

Your band members get a link or a code from you. They tap it, type their name and play along. They need no account, hand over no email address and pay nothing, then or later. For them Revigo is the same free app anyone can download. The only difference is that the setlists you prepare turn up on their device on their own.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. Revigo Team runs by the month and you cancel whenever you like. There is no annual contract and no notice period. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, so cancelling halfway through a month costs you no remaining days.

Where you cancel depends on where you started. If you subscribed on this site, you manage and end it through the link in your invoice email. If you paid in the app it runs through your App Store or Google Play account and you cancel it there. That is a rule of the stores, not ours. Either way, everything on your device stays exactly where it is.

What happens after the 14 free days?

Nothing automatic. The 14-day trial does not quietly roll into a subscription. You are only charged if you decide to take one out. There is no need to put a reminder in your calendar.

If the trial ends without a subscription, your team goes read-only. Setlists you have already shared stay with your band members and stay openable. You simply cannot prepare new team setlists. Your own songbook, your songs, your annotations and your ordinary setlists notice nothing. They live on your device and were never part of the subscription. Sharing still works as a .revigo file or over Bluetooth.
